When to move a evergreen rhodanderon

Hi Ive been asked to move an evergreen rhodanderon from my father's house to move to my garden when would be the best time in the year to move the plant?

    If it's a small one you could put it in a pot now if the soil is digable.
    Larger shrubs I would follow the advice in the above link

    You can certainly move them, and they aren't deep rooted which makes it easier. 

    If ground's workable, it's a good time to move them, as there's enough moisture to make it easier for establishing. You can prune back if it's large, to help the process. It means losing flowers, but it's a better bet in the long run.
    Keep it in the shade, and really well watered through summer, especially if you do have to keep it potted :)

    It's difficult to say without knowing more about your conditions, but March would probably be fine.  :)

    As long as the ground is frost free March as Fairygirl says.
    I remember one presenter when asked how do you know the soil is warm enough to sow seeds replied if you can sit on it with a bare behind it's warm enough. Hope you are planting in a private spot if you want to try!
