I know i'm Persona Non Grata on this forum, but have been following this "conversation" and can't understand why you all even bother to answer to this trouble maker. He obviously has some sort of a hang-up, so why not just block him/her as you've done with me?
well after yesterday’s carry on I received quite a few PM’s from other forum members who would only reiterate what I had been saying but choose not to be open about how they felt, hence the forum clique, I was informed by another member that they were friends with a forum member of years ago called - Digger, apparently nearly seven years ago he raised the same point of cliques - as below is the start of his post
When I first came into the forum I liked it. Over time I have come to realise that it is nothing more than a collection of one or two (at most) of cliques.
Some of the things discussed are at best general chat about day to day mundane rubbish or are secretive and exclusive... cliques! No wonder the forum is dominated by so few.
I see people come here as newbies genuinely seeking advice and information. Yet I see comments saying such things as "That was delt with on GW last week", or people 'quoting' someone from a post that they disagree with as though some ridicule is deserved. Some even try to cause conflict or argument by posting contentious threads for their own personal amusement.
This is not a silly teenage troll room. We are gardeners of varying qualities, abilities, knowledge and experience who wish to share. Lets behave like that
If you go back on the potting shed to the date above you can read through the thread, Digger who obviously left the forum due to the then cliques, exactly my point, most probably could not care less but there’s always those who do, newbies read the post in the potting shed - November 2014

Sorry that won't mean much to most of you, but I think an old visitor has returned to haunt us.
