Can you help identify these houseplants?

Hi, I recently inherited some house plants from a roommate who moved out and I am having difficulty identifying them and what care they require.
Would really appreciate it if you could help me out!

    The last one last one is a rubber plant. It looks like it needs its leaves gently sponging with a fine cloth. That’s what I do with mine. Valerie

    1. Dragon Tree (Dracaena marginata)
    2. Fern (don't know variety!)
    3. Croton (Codiaeum variegatum)
    4. Rubber Plant (Ficus elastica)
