  David Austin has Thomas a Beckett and Graham Thomas but this one fits the bill perfectly

  There is Graham Thomas rose but it's sold as a climber. I had one several gardens ago and obviously pruned it incorrectly as it stayed more like a shrub.

  I thought Thomas Plant would perfectly fit the bill, but ... apparently that's no longer a "Plant". See ALL IN A NAME Why has Thomas Plant changed his name?
