    It's a philadelphus. They're more luminous lime green than yellow in reality.
    The leaves go to ordinary mid green in the summer.
    In London. Keen but lazy.

    Monty did a feature on Friday explaining how bluetits pollinate crown imperials. I wasn't aware that any birds played that role in the UK.

    @Suesyn - absolutely gorgeous! And how amazing you planted like with like when replanting the bulbs!  I deliberately planted mine into colour groups, straight from the bags - but still seem to have the odd stray.
    Gardening in East Suffolk on dry sandy soil.
