    @Elfer, I didn't dig up everything! That hosta was already there, but buried under weeds.

    That rose, @Dovefromabove, was a present from a friend who I met on this forum, years ago.
    Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
