Help with Anthurium Pink - root rot?

I got a few plants as gifts (never had a green thumb but I'm trying!). I'm not sure if this is root rot. I've been keeping my plant too close to a cold winter drafty window (Colorado weather) and I know it hasn't been humid enough in the room. However, I wanted to be sure this isn't root rot! Also, does the plant look like it needs a bigger pot?

That looks perfectly healthy to me. I can’t see anything to worry about.

The plant could probably be reported into a slightly bigger pot ... no more than an inch bigger in diameter ... over- potting is not good for them.

Any other queries just ask.
