Black leaves on indoor plant?

Hi,
I've got problems with black leaves on dracaena Fragans. Not sure if it watering problems or leaf rot. If I have to cut off every leaf with black depots there won't be many leaves yet! I use rainwater and water once every 2 weeks . Any advice greatly appreciated.
