seaweed/weed teas longevity

LAst year I got heavily into making  seaweed fertiliser and a separate green weed fertiliser tea for the garden in two separate plastic dustbins. both have had the lids on over winter and are still about 1/3 full of unctuous liquid. will they still be full of goodness or should I throw away and start again. been thinking of watering green house beds/raised beds/compost heaps with them to kick start the soil. Woudl this work? or would they be too strong or too weak now? also when/what should you water with seaweed and what with weed/comfrey tea. sorry I have tried googling but no joy. best wishes lizzie
