Spinach

It looks like my spinach has been attacked by flea beetles, any tips on how to get rid of it please? Thanks!

flea beetle are tiny and you need a really fine mesh fleece to protect the plants it needs to carefully weighted down so they cant sneak under it. Once in they are really difficult to control and they are beginning to be more and more of a problem. All brassicas are are at risk to attack, no idea how you rid once they are in as chemical control isnt easy even in commercial growing
