Wisteria - leaves yellow along the edges, no new shoots

Hi everyone

Wondering if you could help me diagnose what the problem is in my wisteria. I've had it for 2 years and flowered last year, it's on a south-west facing wall. This year, was attacked by Aphids in June ( I've got rid of the them) but ever since then it's got
1. Yellow edged dry leaves
2. No new growth, no whippy shoots

I have attached photos, I'm thinking it's a virus. Hopefully it's just something small. Any thoughts?

NO photos.   If it is young, it may well be busy putting down roots in preference to top growth and it may have been thirsty during last year's hot dry spells.

Whereabouts are you because in the northern hemisphere it's winter so no leaves and, even on mine which will be ahead of UK plants, no signs yet of buds ready to burst into growth and I have only recently done the winter prune.
