Puzzled by my lavender

I grew some lavender from seed early last Summer. They grew well and I am overwintering them in pots in a dry, cool position. I think they're healthy - but they look "odd" to me! Lots of new growth - which doesn't look like lavender at all - and a few "droopy drawers" plants where the leaves seem to be pointing downwards. Am I simply worrying about nothing? Any comments would be welcome.

    Your Lavenders need a cool but very bright place. The weak looking growth is due to lack of sun and warm temperatures. Do you have a cold/cool place to keep them? Greenhouse or cold-frames are ideal. No need to water them too much either. 

    Don't worry too much about the weak growth, you can cut them off as that will promote new growth again.

    Thank you, Borderline. I just feel they would look happier if their leaves pointed upwards! 🤣
