Washingtonia palm trees

Have my Washingtonia palm trees died over winter or will they come back to life?

They were healthy before the cold weather hit us.

    It depends where you are...but they're not reliably hardy for most places in the UK. If the temperature dipped below 5°C they've probably had it. Those pots look really small too which wouldn't have helped keep the roots any warmer.
