Hi, I just bought a book called the lost book of herbal remedies two months ago. and find it very interesting.     I think it's certainly someone breaking the rules @Liriodendron.

    If you google "Herbal remedies+book" all sorts of titles will appear and some look rather interesting and comprehensive.
