Can anyone help me please I have had this beautiful acer in my garden for ten years and it’s always been beautiful but now it’s looking poorly it didn’t lose all of its leaves this year they just shrivelled up on the stems parts of the branches are dying back I have scratched the bark and some are ok the stems are also losing the red colour in a nutshell it just doesn’t look well any advice will be really welcome thank you 😊

I was wondering if it's maybe Verticillium wilt, but l think the bark gets rings inside it.
