Raised Bed or Mini Greenhouse?

My garden is more or less south facing, but I have found with growing sweet peppers previously on my patio, that they are very late and generally I only get a couple ripen in time.

I don't have room for a veg patch in my garden and no greenhouse, so thinking about either a raised bed/planter that I can fit a clothe/cold frame on top or one of these mini wooden green/grow houses. It would be facing south west.

Which do you think would be best? I haven't got room for both.

    Thanks, definitely want to grow aubergines too. I grow tomatoes and beans in pots and they're fine.  Its really just the stuff that would ordinarily be grown in a standard greenhouse I guess.

    Thank you! Everything grows well in my garden. It’s warm and sheltered, but the peppers definitely need extra help as will the aubergines if they’re going to yield anything decent.
