Is 'indoors' actually 'indoors'?

I'd like some advice on seed sewing please. I have bought lots of seeds for this year, and I'm a bit confused about the instructions on the packet. Does 'indoors' actually mean physically inside my house, or could it mean in the greenhouse? I have my sweetpeas in the green house, some in a heated propagator and some under glass panels - should they be in my kitchen instead?

It means under cover and not out in the open with all the weather can chuck at them.  Depending on the seeds you're sowing and any extra warmth needed, a greenhouse, cold frame or propagator will be just fine.
