Is it legal to grow or import Tonka beans?

    Not sure about growing, but it seems that importation is still illegal in the US...despite being used by lots of chefs.

    You need to check with your own agricultural department @jamesholt.   What's legal and what's possible for mainly UK based gardeners will be very different.
