I agree with @Ergates. Possibly Magnolia grandiflora. @Marwaneldallal are you based in North Africa or was the plant sent to you from there? Leaves look a bit scorched at the very top.
The best specimen I've seen was in Dubrovnik in the arboretum used as the location for "High Garden" in Game of Thrones.

Yes, based in north africa though i dont think this its a native plant.
Some are green, some are strating to tan and others are completely brown...not sure if thats a feature or seasonal colouration. Posted some pics to illustrate.

It's almost a cross between drimys winteri and magnolia grandiflora...
Soon as it flowers will be in a better position to tell.

Easy way to check is the back of the leaf again.
