parahebes

I'm planning on planting a good amount of parahebes this year. I'm wondering how drought tolerant people have found them to be. I hoping to put them in as part of a communal plot that needs to more or less look after itself after the inital planting with little further watering. Thanks

Having said that, I do not think it got much extra moisture as it was out on the far edge.
It got initial help establishing, but did fairly well there after, considering the position it was in. I would say it looked better in wetter summers but usually had flowers.
There was Campanula (proper wild harebell one, forgot the correct name) the tall one. And the shouty pink Lychnis coronaria?
So both those are dry plants too and thrived in the same area.
If you didn't mind your eyes going funny it looked surprisingly nice with the blue harebell.
There is a white Lychnis too, easier on the eye.
Sorry wittering on but it might help give an idea of the conditions or more for your garden and both are easy from seed and seeded about a little with our conditions.
Extremely political
Please excuse the vibrancy, it was an old camera and old photo which made pinks too red. So the colour is not quite right.
