Cherry Laurel Help

Hi,

I need some help with our cherry Laurel hedging.

I planted the hedging in 2018 as circa 1.5m rootballs.

They have all seemed quite slow in growing since planting, but around a 3rd at one end have not grown at all and look really unwell, with dry and brittle branches and very little leaves.

At the other end the plants look much healthier although still don’t appear to have grown as much as expected in the three years since planting.

These were planted into an existing fence line that had previous plants/trees removed and were given bone meal when initially planting and watered very regularly in the 1st 12 months of planting particularly through summer. (Planted early March)

I want to know, is it possible to reverse/save these plants or am i better to remove and start again.

thanks In advance for any help.
