Can anyone tell me what’s happening to my Parlour Palm??

I had this parlour palm for a while and it was doing completely fine till a few months back i noticed the leaves had little black speckles on them and the leaves started turning brown. I wondered if it was because i wasn’t misting it that much and maybe it was a bit cold for it. I’ve cut off some of the affected parts. I got another one not so long back and it’s doing perfectly fine. Can anyone tell me what’s happened and how i can get it to grow back more happy healthy leaves again?

Ive attached 2 pictures of the older one and the healthy looking one is the one i got a couple months back.

p.s I have been regularly misting every week now

My initial thought was that the air was too dry, so if you have been misting regularly it may improve.
I'm not a houseplant expert l'm afraid, but l did find this information on the RHS website

Hopefully someone with more knowledge will be able to assist  :)

Thank you!! That was my thought too, kept up with the misting and cut back the affected growth and it’s now growing new leaves and looking healthier again! Thank you for the link!!
