Latin plant name help, please

My Latin is rusty. I am looking to name a piece of art by a friend. What would be the Latin word for one single hellebore flower? Would plural hellebores flowers in a vase be called 'helleborus' or 'helleborum'?

(Yes, there is a question of the H, but I'm overlooking that).

Thanks. I guess 'hellebori' would do for 'my (singular) hellebore'.

Think it is Helleborus (sing) and Hellebores (Pl) 😀

To have an -es ending in the plural it would have to be third declension but helleborus is second declension.
