How close can I put a shed to an existing privet hedge?

Hi,  I'm looking at getting 1 of these keter plastic sheds and want to put it as near as possible to the hedge so that the shed doesn't encroach too much on the garden.  My question is, if I put it right up against the hedge will it stop growing on that side or will it cause me some problems.  Thanks

    There is access from the pavement to cut the top.  I just want to know if the hedge will push on the shed and disrupt it in anyway?  The hedge is a similar height to the shed I'm looking at getting - 6ft
