I have been gifted a new rose it is chopped right back and I was wondering is it safe to plant out now?
Also any tips on care would be great thank you

You can plant it any time as long as the ground isn't waterlogged or frozen solid. Don't forget to water it through the spring and summer if it gets hot and dry where you are.
