Shooting Snowdrop bulbs

in Plants
Hi all
I was bought a couple of containers of shooting Snowdrop bulbs and was wondering if I can plant them out or is it too late? The shoots are about 2inches in length.
Thanks
Caz

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Snowdrops are always best planted at the depth that they grew previously;
If a bit shallow the bulbs will work their way deeper down with time.
Provided the ground isn't frozen now is a good time to plant snowdrops.
If ground frozen just wait a bit longer.
Many are sold now.....in the green ready for planting..see link for more advice.
