@WonkyWomble’s five year old brother resorted to playing in his sisters playpen so she’d leave him alone ... we couldn’t keep her in it.

And on her first day at school her big brother came home in tears cos his friends wouldn’t ‘play fight’  with him any more cos his tiny four and a half year old sister kept punching them ‘cos she thought they were hurting him.

She hasn’t changed ... still looking out for her big brother 😎

Chewing Gum's not great either and it does take a while for your eye brows to grow back when they have been shaved off (Secondborn used her Dad's razor)

£85 and half a day wasted but the worst of the greenhouse damage is patched up and a few bits that have needed fixing for a while have finally been sorted out. Both greenhouses only cost me £100 all in to start with though so nearly the same for a few panes of glass does hurt a bit. The glazier said he's sold nearly £500 of greenhouse glass today.

Oh dear @wild edges , just back from the Allotment & luckily no damage.  One water butt lid was missing but I found it on a nearby plot. There are some pools of water lying on several plots,  including the usual pool in the corner of my greenhouse.

The blow away blew away, but luckily this time it stayed on our side of the hedge instead of landing on a neighbours  conservatory roof. I didn't tie the cover to the frame this time, that seemed to have helped, but obviously I didn't put enough bricks on it.

Call me oblivious. I've been called worse. I didn't even realise there was another storm. It did look slightly blowy, though.
I hope you have all survived with minimal damage and that we don't get another, especially when the trees are in full leaf - much more of  a danger.

Slightly blowy. We had gusts thumping into the house last night that made the bed shake. When I went to pick up the glass I saw quite a few trees down.
