new plants in new garden coming out now

Can someone have a look at this?
They are shooting out all over my garden? What are they? early sprouting bulbs? they look like leaves...

    They're a wild plant, but pretty.

    Also with very poisonous berries, so teach any children not to touch them.

  • oh no @Lizzie27 got kids and a dog - i guess i better dig them out discharge- unfortunately there are quite a lot. they have not been there last year - i wonder where they come from...

    They are blighters to get rid off, I keep trying to dig mine out. You could just cut off the berries in the autumn when they appear. It's quite an interesting plant.

    The blackbirds make short work of the berries in my garden. I suspect it was them that brought them in the first plac!

    Your dog won't be interested but it is worth teaching all children, as early as possible, not to eat anything they find until you have approved it. It is difficult, I know, but an important lesson. Also, as said, it's no simple task to get rid of those.
