Can I plant bare root raspberries in containers over winter then move them to their permanent spot in spring ?

    Yes you can. Is there a major reason why you cannot plant them in their final growing place now, which would be the ideal thing to do as they are bare root.

    Thanks for the reply Joyce , this was advice for my lovely sister.
    And the major reason you are querying about  ; the garden is being landscaped so therefore all the beds are being redug and moved .
