  • Hi just purchased my first sunbelievable but everywhere I read it says don't dead head?? I'm very confused as don't know what to do to encourage more flowers? Please help!

    Cut the dead flower stalks right down to where you see new buds,  that will promote more growth.

  • Thank you so much Lyn, that's what I would normally do but everytime I searched for this particular plant it said no dead heading required. Was so confused by this x

    That is true,  that type of sunflower is sterile so won’t be draining the plant, but it will look much better and will let the other flowers open.
