I don't think so but most specimens I've seen of this family of plants are grown where they can trail and then you just pinch out the tips to keep it in bounds or take longer pieces to use as cuttings.

I haven't grown this type of Peperomia but I wouldn't prune it at this time of year in any case. Be careful not to overwater it and it should be fine but will probably need repotting in spring.
