It looks like an Arum - Cuckoo pint
Pretty, but incredibly invasive. I've been trying to get rid of it for more than 10 years. The tiny bulblets can go down best part of 2ft! and very difficult to dig out

That looks like the cultivated/ornamental form ... Arum italicum

It can ‘make itself at home’ but is not as invasive as the wild form in my experience.

  • Agree with @Dovefromabove . Arum italicum is not so invasive and the leaves are quite spectacular and tend to be larger than the wild one.
  • Im wondering wether it might do nicely indoors in a pot...since the leaves are really rather nice as you say! Any thoughts as a house plant?
  • I don't think it's really going  to be suitable as a houseplant. It would prefer the seasons an outdoor setting would afford it. If it comes indoors I doubt it would be happy.
  • It’ll hate being indoors.

If you want to grow something indoors, with similar shaped variegated leaves,  have a look at the variegated Calla lily.
