Polka dot begonia

My polka dot begonia houseplant always seems sorry for itself. The leaves have started going brown on the edges. I've looked it up and it says could be signs of under or over watering. I've followed the advice of waiting until soil is dry then soak it then drain so no excess water. But it still looks sad. Any advice?

I'd take a guess that the air is too dry for it which causes leaf edges to go brown and crispy.
    You could try -
misting it with water daily with a hand sprayer
    and/or
Stand it in a tray of pebbles/grit with water, but make sure the pot base isn't in the water - the water will evaporate and increase the humidity around the leaves.

    They are lovely looking plants

Thanks for this. I'm going to try misting them daily to see if that helps
