Fungus gnats Infestation

I have recently noticed that I have a Gnat infestation at my flat they fly everywhere. I have tried the yellow sticky paper that only works so far. Does anyone else have a solution!

    Did you find a solution Jdaisy? This is what I'm dealing with at the moment.

    You can use a product called 'Mosquito Dunks' which contain a bacterial agent called BTI. This kills mosquitos, fungus gnats, and blackfly, but has no effect on other organisms. You break off a bit, leave it overnight in your watering can to release the BTI, then water your potted plants. This kills the fungus gnat larvae living in the soil. As an adult female can lay something like 300 eggs, you can see how the problem gets out of hand exponentially. @Jdaisy14@allison19ACqPOoTQ
