strawberry plants

Hello everyone, 
Should I cut all the dead leaves of the strawberry plants now or just leave it till next  spring?
The look messy and some of them heave spots on.....
What do you think??? Thank you.

    I take off all dead stuff, if I can be bothered  :)
    Usually on ones I can see, the rest just get on with it. 
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    If you want to go for it, I run mine over with the lawn mower to remove everything. Quick and easy on my plants growing in the ground in rows, probably not so practical in a raised bed though!

    I use shears to remove all the tops they regrow a new set very quickly.
