Red robin

The branches on my red robin have become gnarly and cracked. Does anyone know how to treat

    Not without seeing it  :)
    They are often quite iffy if they don't have the right conditions. A photo or two would help, and more info on how it's being grown etc  :)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....



    I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
