Slow service from Peter Nyssen
I'm sharing this in case anyone else is in the same situation. I ordered daffs and crocuses on 23 October, which I admit is a bit late. (Brain malfunction - I thought I'd ordered them already.) Every time I tracked the order, it just said "Processing". I sent them an email, which they didn't answer. So today I phoned them. A very pleasant lady told me: 1. Covid was slowing things down, because they couldn't employ so many people to pick orders. (I expect this is a matter of distancing and space.) 2. One of the varieties I'd ordered was currently out of stock, and they were expecting a new supply of it. She proposed an alternative which is similar in colour, which I accepted. She said they'd put in an extra 25 crocuses free of charge by way of compensation for the delay and get the order off to me without further delay.

I think a little patience is required for all companies just now - regardless of what they sell.
