Hello,
does anyone know what this could be? Is it possibly a daylily or just a grass? I don’t remember planting it, it just recently popped up.
thanks,

I get something very similar-looking too - it's some sort of invasive grass or sedge from what I recall

  • Looks like Carex pendula ... total PITA ... if it gets established the roots are very difficult to get out.  I would remove it asap ... certainly before it gets the chance to seed in your garden.

It's that sedge stuff from bird feeders, l'd advise you to dig it out ASAP  :)
  • Thanks all! It is safely dug up and disposed of now.
