Senshyu Onion

I've bought Onion Seeds for the first time to have a go. These are mega early apparently and the seed can be planted now, if not earlier. What's the best way to set them please?

    I planted these as sets about three weeks ago and they have already grown shoots. I have never grown this type before and am thrilled that at least the birds / mice have not eaten them! Fingers crossed that they continue to do well.

    Fingers Crossed - I whacked my seeds in a tray yesterday and they are safe in the conservatory. I've tried the same with some Sweet Pea seeds too
