Wisteria with yellowing leaves - help please!

I am very new to gardening, so any advice is very appreciated!
I purchased a wisteria from a local garden centre hopefully to provide coverage. It has been planted for around a month. Over the last week or so the leaves have started to change colour. I carefully planted the wisteria within a large hole with gritty compost. I soaked and gently worked the roots. The garden is very boggy with clay, but I did try hard to promote the drainage. Any advice on ensuring this stays alive? Thanks all

Wisteria don't keep their leaves over winter.
I have green thumbs and no aphids on my roses.

It's normal for wisteria leaves to go that colour this time of year then they will fall off.  Don't worry too much about it
