Foxgloves - is it too late to plant seed now

    I don't know whereabouts you are @selinasally, but for nematodes to be successful, the temps have to be suitable. If the ground's too cold, they aren't. 
    I don't find them any use here - for any pests. By the time it's warm enough for them to survive, slugs/weevils etc have already got a hold  :)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    The flowers, leaves, seeds and roots of foxgloves are toxic.

    So, definitely not some kind of exotic fruit or veg.

    Rather an odd post   - I don't get the point you're making @pinut .
    The OP is simply asking for help with sowing seed - like many of us do   :)  

    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

  • Aha ,,, I put this in the fruit and veg thread instead of the plants thread - pesky little phone did not show the header ....

    Makes no difference. Most of us just look at recent posts.  :)
