Acer Identification

Hi
I was watching episode 31 of gardeners world when they went to Hidcote manor showing the wonderful autumn colours they showed a wonderful looking acer with white leaves and red edges but didn't give its name . I was wondering whether anybody had any ideas?

    Can't tell you which acer it is but they had something just like this at the Hillier Garden Centre. A quick Google looking for their autumn stock list and sadly nothing online.

    I wonder if it's a Hanami Nishiki but so many look similar. Wonder if there's a way to ask Hidcote or just be happy with a similar variety. Sango-kaku also has a similar leaf colour as it changes.

    We have a Sango-Kaku, but it has never looked like that (I wish).
