After scarifying, now what?

I have just removed a huge amount of thatch from the lawn and was wondering what to do next? Is it too late to over seed? I am in the South East and it has been very mild. If not too late, what is the best technique to use, ie do I use topsoil? If too late, do I use an Autumn lawn feed? many thanks.

    You don't need to re-seed unless there are obvious bare patches. In my opinion it is too late to do it now. I think the weather has been far colder than usual at this time of year. I would leave for next spring.

    I have never used autumn lawn feed before, so someone else may have experience.

    I think it would be too late for seeding and getting success, even where you are. You need mid teens for germination of seed, reasonably consistently. If it's too cold or wet, they'll sit there, or rot - or get eaten!

    I've never used autumn feeds either, but that might be an idea as I presume it would give the existing grass a small boost. 
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
