Does anyone know what this seedling is?

    I can’t see the leaves that well, but the growth looks a lot like a Golden Rain Tree, Koelreuteria Paniculata.

    It's certainly not Viburnum.  
    That looks a good shout @Borderline. They aren't widely grown up here. 
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    Thank you for tour help- yes someone else said it was a rain tree so pretty sure now!
