Butternuts and the cold weather

    Our courgettes are still going strong. They're flowering and we're still picking fruit on a weekly basis. I guess we'll keep using them till the frosts come.

    Then I'd leave them to carry on ... until they either  run out of steam or the frosts get them.  

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
