Identification problems again....

Hello everyone, two plants, both in flower now. Any thoughts on their name???

    The second one is Arbutus ( strawberry tree ) lovely evergreen tree and it will soon be bearing strawberry like fruits and yes you can eat them but pretty tasteless so I wouldn’t bother.

    The first one looks like nandina.

    Yes it does pitter- patter, I thought it looked familiar but couldn’t recall the name,
    it looks like nandina domestica.

    Thank you Chrissie de gardener and Pitter-Patter for the names of these plants. They have been in the garden for a few(?) years. I cannot recall 'strawberries' though. I better pay attention this year. This nandina has black fruits I think, is that possible?
