Autumn bulb planting
Hi all,
Newbie gardener here.
I have received my spring flowering bulbs/tubers from Farmer Gracy and am after some advice with regard to planting these into containers.
They advised me previously in a very helpful email how/when to plant the (enormous!) Tulip bulbs i received last month but I have now received Calla, Anemone, Hyacinth and Crocus and am not sure if I should follow the same advice as given for the Tulips.
For the tulips they said to just leave the containers outdoors with no frost protection, uncovered and to not water them as the rain/moisture in the air will be enough and extra watering can cause the bulbs to rot.
Can the Calla, Anemone, Hyacinth and Crocus all be planted in containers now and kept outdoors or should different advice be followed?

I don't have much ground space available to me so they would all be going into containers.
The Calla tubers already have white sprouts on which seem to be in active growth as there are new green shoots coming through those (you may just be able to see them on the picture below) and I wasn't sure if they should be potted up now or kept somewhere dark until spring - as I have read conflicting information online.
Any help/tips gratefully received 😊

I just plant hyacinths and crocus straight away. Crocus need no protection of any kind, apart from squirrels, who will dig them up with gay abandon. A bit of netting or similar helps keep them off
I don't grow callas, so can't comment on those
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
They can be planted now.
When you don't even know who's in the team
S.Yorkshire/Derbyshire border
The Anemones are Mistral Blu
The planting process is much the same whether it's the de Caen types or the blanda ones, but they like different positions. Blanda are more suited to a woodland environment, whereas de Caens like good light/sun.
