What can I start growing in October/November

I recently got a greenhouse and successfully grew chilli, tomato and bell pepper plants this year. But now I have moved a couple of pepper and chilli plants indoors for the winter so they will hopefully reproduce next year. I’m wondering what I can plant now (October) in my greenhouse? I got some onion seeds but on the packet it says sow indoors jan-feb.

Not a lot.  Maybe some lettuces.  Leeks, onions can be sown now.  Don't expect much until Spring.  Broad beans and peas can be sown outdoors now for early Spring.
A good hoeing is worth two waterings.

The front page of the website has lists each month.

But some on the forum think they are being a little optimistic.

    But no harm in trying.

You can certainly plant bulbs, so you will be able to enjoy them whilst waiting for your own produce in the spring.

I'll be growing my next round of Microveg in the conservatory, and you may be able to do some of this.

Like others have said not too much. I've just planted some garlic and onion sets now which will be ready for mid 2021.

I will be focusing on making some nice staging and giving the greenhouse a good clean and then planning a timetable for next year for succession growing to maximise the amount of food I can grow. I think tidying/building/fixing/preparing now for planting seeds in feb/March 2021 is good use of time now.

Broad beans var. Aquadulce Claudia ... sow direct into the veg patch at the end of Oct. they’ll grow through the winter without protection in most parts of the UK ready to start cropping in May when there’s not a lot else ready to pick.

Some hardy annuals maybe? Nigella, Ammi Majus, Calendula, Sweet Peas. Lambs lettuce might be worth a shot.
