[Help] Sweet pea shrub leaves look dry and curly

I've bought a sweet pea shrub and moved it to the ground a few weeks back. Now not only it on longer has flowers but also the leaves look dry and curly and discolored, the whole plant is getting yellower everyday. See picture attached. I have a 1 gallon per hour dripper on for 15 minutes a day. Outdoor temperature recently is 60-97F. I live in Northern California, USDA Hardiness Zones 9a, 9b, 10a and 10b. Could it be some disease or water problem?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi ... most of the folk on this site are in the UK and your plant, Polygala sp. isnt commonly grown here as it’s too tender to cope with our lower temperatures.

However, a plant is a plant and I think yours needs more water. A quarter of an English gallon is two pints ... two pints a day for quite a big plant with a lot of foliage isn’t a lot in those temperatures. I’d want to give that plant a gallon a day.

    I hope that helps 😊
