The photos are too small, I can't see if it is just mechanical damage (windburn) or if there is some nutritional deficiency (pale leaves etc.). How do you feed it and for how long has it been in that pot? If it is just mechanical damage, it doesn't matter, it will lose all its leaves soon anyway. Depending on where you are, it should start getting the autumn colour soon.
It just looks like a bit of weather damage sun/wind to me. It's quite common, and more noticeable on the dark ones. Pix aren't great, but it looks healthy enough in the first one, and in a suitable pot etc. As @edhelka says, it's unlikely to be a problem as it will be approaching dormancy, and changing colour before dropping the foliage.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
